At Prairie Peak Provisions, we stand behind the products we sell. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help make it right.

Easy Returns Within 30 Days

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@prairiepeakprovisions.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid Canada Post return label.

  3. Pack up your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is on us — we cover the cost of the prepaid label to make your return as smooth as possible.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items that are used, worn, or damaged
  • Final sale or clearance items (noted on product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Food, fuel, or hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at info@prairiepeakprovisions.ca with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right, fast.
