When it’s time to wash, use a front-loading washer (no agitator) on a warm, gentle cycle with a down-specific soap like Nikwax Down Wash Direct. Rinse twice, then tumble dry on low with clean tennis balls to restore loft. For extra fluff, finish with short 5-minute bursts on high heat, letting the bag cool between cycles. Never use bleach, fabric softeners, irons, or dry cleaning — they’ll damage your bag.
